Kiwi Ingredients 1.3kg kiwi
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp water Instructions Preheat oven to 350C/450F/gas mark 3 in. pot using the downstem of your oven and set aside. Heat in heavy cream over medium fire, cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened. Combine the kiwi, coconut oil, water and vanilla in a large bowl. Combine in the milk. Place in oven for 30 minutes. Once it’s risen, whisk together the almond milk and water mixture into a paste and stir into the milk. Transfer mixture to a rimmed baking tray. Bake for 30- 35 minutes. When ready, remove from racks and allow to cool completely before adding the kiwi. Garnish with more green herbs and herbs of your choice. Enjoy!
